learning and laughing
Look who learned to climb up the step this week into the next room?
It's arguable, but I think Eliana's starting to sign as well... "hi" and "more"...
What's not debatable is that she now has four teeth. It's official. I have that haggard look to prove it. (Just kidding. Please don't tell me I look haggard when you see me next. That would only make me feel it.)
And as of this week, she is also pulling up to standing on furniture. And tonight, she rolled from back to front to back and then giggled about it. That had Maia in stitches.
Things are changing so fast! I'm very thankful that I no longer have a full-time job I need to return to, just when this little person is approaching the one-year mark and is starting to get so very interesting.
Thank you, God, for the gift of our little crawler.
(PS - Sorry for the long hiatus to those of you who check daily! The combination of two little people, spring cleaning (like never before this year) and starting to write and perform again has kept me from some 'extras' of late! But you're probably not as surprised as I am. I do love to update y'all!)

Way to go, Eliana! I love how proud she looks when she gets up. Wow, there will be all kinds of new fun with her moving around now.

Monica, you're going to love watching this little video about 10 or 20 years from now, if the Lord tarries. She is such a precious gift to you and Tim and Maia and also to us, her Oma and Opa. A very sweet little girl.
I love it that Maia is so delighted with her little sister's antics.
